成果の概要

We attended the International Conference on Nitrogen Fixation (ICNF) in Rabat, Morocco, where we presented our research on the effects of soil amendments, including rhizobia inoculation, on soybean growth in northern Ghana (Africa Upland Farming project). As part of the TERRA project, we collected soil samples from various 2024 experiments and extracted DNA from all the samples. These DNA samples were then transported to Japan for molecular analysis. Additionally, we continued training students from the University for Development Studies (UDS) on microbial gene quantification.
