マレーシアにおけるバイオマス利用による食料安全保障への貢献：持続可能な農園管理と循環型経済の新プロジェクトが始動
国際協力機構（JICA）とマレーシア国立バイオテクノロジー研究所（NIBM）は、1月27日、2025年度技術協力プロジェクト「持続可能なアブラヤシ農園管理及び循環型経済確立のためのバイオマス利用強化プロジェクト」に関する議事録に署名しました。これにより、マレーシアにおける未利用資源を糧に変える新たな国際協力事業が正式にスタートしました。
FAOがJIRCASとの連携に関する政策概要を公表 －農業食料システムの変革に向けた協力の成果を紹介－
このたび、国際連合食糧農業機関（FAO）は国際農研（JIRCAS）との連携に関する政策概要「Developing and promoting sustainable agricultural production and natural resources management technologies: Lessons from the FAO–JIRCAS collaboration」を公表しました。本政策概要では、国際農研が環境、食料、情報の各プログラムで進めてきた最近の研究成果を紹介するとともに、FAOとの協力関係を体系的にまとめています。
