2023年7月25日にタイ、カセサート大学食品研究所で開催された国際セミナー「IFRPD Compass towards Good Health and Well-Being Forum on SDGs 2023」にて、”Are rice and rice products “functional” foods? – Suggestions to World’s 2nd (maybe in 2023) rice exporter, Thailand- ” と題した講演を行うと共に、情報収集を行った。
