成果の概要
This project was conducted to construct genomic selection model using the Acacia crassicarpa training population. Therefore, growth-related phenotypic traits are required to complement the genetic data obtained in the previous year. The measurements were carried out to obtain the data on the phenotypic traits of targeted population. As a result, approximately 2.000 individual trees were measured, including growth-related phenotypic traits and individual tree location data collected from the Acacia crassicarpa training population. However, several trees had fallen due to heavy rains and strong winds, resulting differences compared with previous observations.
