成果の概要
To identify the interaction between phosphorus (P) management practice and root architecture on rice yields, observations were made to clarify the effects of the interaction between the P-dipping technique and rice root architecture on early rice growth and nutrient uptake, nutrient content of soil layers, and root system development. Soil solution samples were collected from different soil depths to access the spatial distribution in soil P, and intensive root sampling was performed to analyze root system architecture. For the rice-based vegetable cultivation trials to identify the effect of P-dipping on the subsequent vegetable production, field observations were made to record rice heading dates. The vegetable gardening preparation to raise vegetable seedlings was started.
