フードテック官民協議会 令和7年度 第3回総会／提案・報告会に参加しました
2月26日（木）、農林水産省主催の「フードテック官民協議会 令和7年度第3回総会／提案・報告会」が Tokyo Innovation Base STAGE（東京都千代田区）で開催され、JIRCASからは、生物資源・利用領域の丸井淳一朗主任研究員が登壇し、「日本の麹を世界へ」と題して、日本の麹を活用した安全で栄養価の高い食品製造技術を海外へ展開するための国際共同研究を紹介しました。
マレーシアにおけるバイオマス利用による食料安全保障への貢献：持続可能な農園管理と循環型経済の新プロジェクトが始動
国際協力機構（JICA）とマレーシア国立バイオテクノロジー研究所（NIBM）は、1月27日、2025年度技術協力プロジェクト「持続可能なアブラヤシ農園管理及び循環型経済確立のためのバイオマス利用強化プロジェクト」に関する議事録に署名しました。これにより、マレーシアにおける未利用資源を糧に変える新たな国際協力事業が正式にスタートしました。
