成果の概要

The trip aims to continue investigation of benefit assessment of forest farmers in Gunung Kidul Regency, the Special Region of Yogyakarta toward climate adaptation strategies of agroforestry. We identified the potential demand to support agroforestry practices. I obtained overview of the farmer group background, type of support and relevant scheme that existed. This background information was utilized to aligned hypothetical scenario and attributes for choice experiment study. We then conducted the tablet-based survey of on-board members and members of KTH compiling the questionnaire on risk preferences, choice experiments on agroforestry scheme, food security, and conservation behavior. In addition, I also conducted short interviews with the respondents and enumerators regarding the survey method evaluation in each location.
