セミナー「栄養改善と生活向上に資するローカル・ランドスケープ由来の食利用を促進するための科学と伝統知の適用」
ローカル・ランドスケープ （水、土、大気、動物、植物など、土地や自然を基盤とする地域生態系の意）由来の食は、アフリカやアジアのコミュニティにとり重要な栄養源かつ生活の糧を提供しています。本セミナーは、専門家を招き、こうしたローカル・ランドスケープから得られる食を効果的に栄養・生計向上に活用するにあたり、科学や伝統知をいかに適用していくかについて講演いただきます。また、ハイブリッドの形をとることで、国際食料栄養安全保障のプロジェクトに携わる研究者・学生・技術普及専門家・政策担当者に意見交換の場を提供します。本セミナーは、専門家や関係者の対話を通じ、遺伝資源の多様性や文化的価値を保全しつつ、対象コミュニティの栄養・環境・経済ニーズを満たす上で、ローカルな食の多様性の潜在性をいかに最大化しうるか、その課題および機会を明らかにすることを目指します。
