JIRCASの動き
インドネシア・ガジャマダ大学で環境適応型林業に関する国際ワークショップを開催
2026年2月9～10日、インドネシア・ジョグジャカルタにおいて、交付金プロジェクト「環境適応型林業」に関する中長期計画の成果を取りまとめた国際ワークショップ「Environmentally Adaptive Forestry Techniques for Southeast Asian Tree Species」を開催しました。本プロジェクトは2021年度より、過剰伐採等により荒廃した熱帯林における森林資源の回復技術の開発や、環境適応性を高めた樹種・品種の選抜技術の確立を目的として実施しています。
アジア太平洋地域林業研究機関連合(APAFRI)執行役員会議に出席
2026年1月28日、インド・コインバトール市で開催された第30回アジア太平洋林業研究機関連合（Asia Pacific Association of Forestry Research Institutions: APAFRI）執行役員会議に、国際農研（JIRCAS）から安部久 林業領域長が出席しました。本会議は、同地で開催されたInternational Conference on Population and Conservation Genetics 2026の1セッションとして実施されました。
