Greenish yellow solid with a salty and sour taste.
- Method

Wash the unripe peaches, drain and pack in a jar. Dissolve salt in water to make 23% salt solution. Add the salt solution to the jar until it covers the peaches. Weigh down the peaches with a plastic bag containing 23% salt solution. Close the jar and leave it under shade for 5-7 days.

1. Serve with a mixture of sugar, salt and a little crushed chilli.
2. Soak the fermented Look tor in heavy syrup of 40% Brix overnight then remove from the syrup. It can be eaten as it is or after sun drying for 1-2 days.
