The Secretary General of the Cooperation, African Integration and Nigerians Abroad,Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Niger, Mr. Ibrahim Abani Sani visited JIRCAS on February 21, 2019 and met with Pres. Masa Iwanaga and JIRCAS executive board members. The activities of the JIRCAS were introduced and opinions were exchanged on the possibility of future joint research and collaboration.
