On November 28, 2012, the Awarding Ceremony of the 2012 Japan International Award for Young Agricultural Researchers was held at Tsukuba International Congress Center Epochal, Tsukuba City, Japan. The ceremony was well attended by many participants, including members of the Selection Committee.
This is the sixth time that the Award was presented by the President of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Council to young foreign researchers with outstanding achievements to promote research and development of agricultural, forestry, fishery and other related industries in developing regions.
