The Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS) is scheduled to hold a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) regarding international collaboration. The ceremony will take place during the official side event of the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9), hosted by the Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA), titled:
"Transforming Africa’s Food Systems through Regenerative Agriculture – Strategies, Policies, and Partnerships to Support Youth and Farmers"

Date and Time: Friday, August 22, 2025, 10:00–11:30
(The MOU signing is scheduled to take place after the panel discussion.)

Venue: PACIFICO Yokohama (Japan), Exhibition Hall D
