Business Trip to Madagascar (February to March 2026): Yasuhiro Tsujimoto, Project Leader, JIRCAS
Dr. Yasuhiro Tsujimoto, Project Leader of JIRCAS and SATREPS VaryAla, traveled to Madagascar from February to March to attend the Project Kick-off Meeting and monito field experiments.
During the visit, a kick-off meeting for the SATREPS Madagascar Project was held in Antananarivo. The event brought together representatives of partner organizations and researchers, and received extensive media coverage, providing an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of the project's official launch.
In addition, several project sites were visited to review the progress of ongoing activities.
