BFMbf est un programme convivial qui peut être utilisés pour suggérer des plans d'exploitation améliorés basés sur un modèle de gestion agricole pour aider les petits exploitants agricoles en Afrique (en anglais: https://www.jircas.go.jp/en/publication/research_results/2018_b02). Nous prévoyons utiliser ce programme pour soutenir les décisions des agriculteurs dans le cadre de projets de recherches connexes, notamment le "Développement de technologies de gestion des sols et des cultures pour stabiliser les systèmes agricoles des hautes terres des petits exploitants africains" (en anglais: https://www.jircas.go.jp/en/program/prob/b6).
