Performance assessment for water resources management at watershed level using existing management data

Description

[Synopsis]

Competition for water is increasing even in developing countries. In order to conserve irrigation water resources, the author developed a new method to assess water resources management at watershed level using management data left in stores after the use of data for regulating irrigation systems. The method will lead to the improvement of water resources utilization with minimum financial and personnel investment through detailed identification of constraints on proper performance.
