Detection of capsid proteins of viruses in papaya plant using protease inhibitor : antipain

[Synopsis]
Modified western blotting for detecting capsid protenis of papaya's viruses directly from papaya plants was developed. This method is expected to accelerate the production of transgenic papaya plants.
