[Synopsis]
DNA probes for detecting Phytoplasmas which cause sesame phyllody, sugarcane white leaf and rice yellow dwarf diseases in Southeast Asia were developed. Using these DNA probes, Phytoplasmas can be identified rapidly and accurately.
