Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA) Chair Visits JIRCAS – Sharing Progress and Future Prospects of the Regenerative Agriculture Project
On April 11, 2025 (Friday), Dr. Amit Roy, Chair of the Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA), along with President SUZUKI Shuichi, former President KITANAKA Makoto, and other representatives, visited JIRCAS.
JCM methodology for methane emission reduction in rice cultivation in the Philippines has been approved
The Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) methodology for “Methane Emission Reduction by Water Management in Rice Paddy Fields” was approved by the Joint Committee for the JCM between the Philippines and Japan on 3 February 2025.
