Peanut sprouts: Arachis hypogaea (Tooa-li-song). Salt, rice wash water.

Method
Soak the peanuts in water, let them drain and leave them to sprout. Wash the sprouts and mix with about 10% of salt by weight. In some cases, rice wash water is added, but storage life is short. Put in a jar or bowl, close and leave under shade to ferment for 2-3 days.

Eat with Nam-prik.
