The workshop as the wrap-up of five year project “Improvement of Soil Fertility with Use of Indigenous Resources in Rice Systems in Ghana” commissioned by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, will be held in Ghana. This project has been conducted from 2009 with Soil Research Institute (SRI) and University for Development Study (UDS) in Ghana.

In the work shop, Presentation of research results and discussion will be done in Day 1. And field visit is set upped in Day 2. Research results will be presented in two sessions; Session 1) indigenous organic resource, and Session 2) local phosphate rock.
