We have released a new promotional video that clearly explains the concept and benefits of the P-dipping technique, which was developed under the previous FyVary project.
P-dipping is a simple yet effective method in which rice seedlings are dipped into a mud slurry mixed with phosphorus fertilizer before transplanting. This allows even a small amount of phosphorus to significantly improve early growth.
To address the major challenge of phosphorus-deficient soils in Madagascar and to enhance rice productivity, we are actively working to promote wider adoption of this technique.
