Representatives from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés(UMSA) and PROINPA visited Japan.
From January 30 to February 9, 2023, four representatives from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés(UMSA)and PROINPA in Bolivia visited Japan.
They visited JIRCAS, TUAT, Kyoto University, and Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and paid courtesy visits to the heads of each institution.

The Bolivian representatives met with the Japanese representatives to discuss future research topics, and also deepened their friendship with the group members.
They also met with the Bolivian Ambassador to Japan for a debriefing on the SATREPS project.
