On March 21, 2023, while many members of the Japanese side were on a business trip to Bolivia, the 3rd Technical Committee (TC) meeting was held online.

Members from UMSA, PROINPA, JIRCAS, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Kyoto University, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and JST gathered to discuss the technical progress of the project and plans for the coming year.
