Mt. Yarabadake, which reaches 216 m above sea level, provides an excellent view that can be enjoyed from the top. It takes less than 10 min from the forest road to the top, but the slope is steep and slippery (especially after rain). Visitors are advised to wear non-slip shoes, clothes that prevents injury if they slip, and gloves that can firmly hold the ropes (maintained by the local Sansui-kai club).
