A large herb with tough branched stems and velvetly hairy leaves.
Uses: Medicine (leaves)
Notes: An exotic species. Local people believe that the seed first came from Mali by attaching to animals, since the plant thrives along animal trails. Leaf powder is applied on wounds. Young plants superficially resembles Waltheria indica.
