Method |

1. Wash the Perah seeds, drain and place in a bowl.
2. Add about 10% salt (w/w) to the seeds and mix well. Add water until it covers the seeds. Cover the bowl with a thin cloth and leave under shade to ferment for 5 days. |

Eat with Nam-prik. |
