The report provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation which is increasingly diverging from the agreement on global warming countermeasures. It also provides details on the current trends in climate change, greenhouse gas emissions, atmospheric concentrations of greenhouse gases, and the need for socio-economic transformation in land use and the energy sector in order to avoid the risks of irreparable global temperature increase in the future.
