The United Arab Emirates (/juːˌnaɪtᵻd ˌærəb ˈɛmɪrᵻts/; Arabic: دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة‎‎ Dawlat al-Imārāt al-'Arabīyah al-Muttaḥidah), sometimes simply called the Emirates or the UAE, is a country at the southeast end of the Arabian Peninsula on the Persian Gulf, bordering Oman to the east and Saudi Arabia to the south, as well as sharing sea borders with Qatar and Iran.

Dialogue with UAE Zayed Foundation Executives on Sustainable Agriculture in Africa

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, a delegation from the Zayed Charitable & Humanitarian Foundation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), led by Deputy Director General H.E. Mohanna Al Muhairi, visited the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS). They held discussions with President KOYAMA Osamu and other officials on potential collaboration in the field of sustainable agriculture in Africa.
