The JIRCAS Visiting Research Fellowship Program FY2024 is now open for researcher applications. JIRCAS, through international collaborative research, aims to provide scientific solutions to various problems, particularly in the areas of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, confronting developing countries in various regions of the world. In line with this vision, JIRCAS launched the Fellowship Program in 1992 as one of the activities of JIRCAS. This fellowship program is designed to accelerate scientific research and advance the expertise of researchers from developing countries.
JIRCAS has selected five research themes for the FY 2024 Program. These themes are under the supervision of five host scientists who have exceptional expertise in their respective fields. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
The program offers a one-year opportunity to conduct research in Japan or at JIRCAS research sites abroad. Throughout the program, JIRCAS researchers will support the research activities.
Deadline: May 31, 2024, 5 pm (JST)
