Ambassador Ruth Kahanoff of the Israel Embassy in Tokyo visited JIRCAS on February 16, 2016 for discussions and exchange of information on the research activities of the center and agricultural research in Israel.

In addition to an overview of various collaborations with overseas research organizations, the JIRCAS research on biomass and shrimp farming was also introduced. This visit was a good opportunity for Ambassador Kahanoff and other staff of the Israeli embassy to understand JIRCAS research activities.
